I am writing to extend my heartfelt appreciation to my new servicing agent Ms Neo Shi Min, who has been the most helpful in the past few months when I needed assistance in reviewing my portfolio.

Based on my past experience, most financial representatives are not keen to take over orphan policies. My policies were re-assigned when my previous servicing representative left AIA.

As one of my policies was maturing, I requested for callback via the AIA website. I was very lucky to be assigned to Ms Neo, who was very positive, helpful and prompt in attending to my query. Although she is fairly new to the industry, she is keen to learn and goes the extra mile to fact-find on my old policies and seek guidance from her seniors before she provides her advice.

She helped me with a recent policy conversion that will benefit me in the longer run.

Good financial representatives like Shi Min are hard to come by. While I have not bought any products from AIA in the last 20 years, I am definitely open to buying more products from AIA, given my restored confidence.

I first met Mr. Wilson during a casual meeting with other fellow motorcycling enthusiasts. It was during this meeting that Mr. Wilson encouraged me to take up a Personal Accident policy.
